THIS AGREEMENT is between Oxford Finance Corporation (together with its successors and assigns, if any, “Secured Party”) and Pharmacopeia Drug Discovery, Inc. (“Debtor”). Secured Party has an office at 133 N. Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. Debtor is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware.
