This Terminaling Agreement is made as of April 10, 2007 by and between Kinder Morgan Liquids Terminals LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (“KM”) and: AFH, Inc. a Nevada Corporation that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allegiant Travel Company (“Customer”) located at 3301 N.
