THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 26th day of May, 2006 among MJD SERVICES CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Purchaser”), KEVIN M. ANDERSON, a Missouri resident (“Anderson”), RONALD C. RECKRODT, a Missouri resident (“Reckrodt”), JEFFREY S. INGRAM, a Kansas resident (“Ingram”), and DENNIS R.
