THIS GAMING LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement) is entered into this 2nd day of June 2006 by and between Nevada CVS Pharmacy, L.L.C., Henderson CVS, L.L.C., Desert Eastern CVS, L.L.C., Maryland Parkway CVS, L.L.C., CVS 2989 Las Vegas, L.L.C., and Senip CVS, L.L.C. (hereinafter collectively “LICENSOR”), and CARDIVAN COMPANY, a Nevada corporation (hereinafter “OPERATOR”) upon the terms and conditions set forth below.

(individually and collectively, “Operator”), as licensee, as subsequently amended, including as amended by that certain Settlement Agreement dated November 18, 1999 (collectively, “Existing Agreement”).
