THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of April 28, 2006, but shall be effective, nunc pro tunc, as of January 1, 2006, by and between INLAND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INC., an Illinois corporation (the “Company”), and D. Scott Carr (the “Executive”).
