AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 8th day of November, 2005, by and between Langer, Inc., a Delaware corporation, having its principal office at 450 Commack Road, Deer Park, New York 11729-4510 (the “Company”), and Kanders & Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation having offices at One Landmark Square, Stamford, Connecticut 06901 (the “Consultant”).
