This letter agreement (this “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of your employment with WJ Communications, Inc. (the “Company”), effective on your first date of employment (the “Effective Date”) with the Company. You acknowledge that if your employment start date does not occur on or before October 27, 2003, the Company shall have no obligation to employ you and this Agreement shall terminate.
