This Agreement is entered into this 7th day of September, 2004, by and between Western Sizzlin Corporation, a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 1338 Plantation Road, Roanoke, Virginia, 24012 (hereinafter the “Company”), subject to the further definition set forth in Section 7.1, and Robyn B. Mabe, whose address is 6010 Windcrest Lane, Roanoke, Virginia, 24012 (hereinafter “Executive”).
