Going forward, in order to maintain this competitive advantage, protect our intellectual property and ensure our long-term success, an agreement containing slightly revised intellectual property and confidentiality provisions, and new provisions restricting unfair competition (the “Agreement”), will be a condition of employment for Sabre Holdings subsidiaries (collectively referred to the “Company”) in the United States.
