The parties to this Agreement are Doherty & Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Consultant”) and Trestle Holdings, Inc., a California corporation (“Company”). The Company desires to contract with Consultant for certain financial services, and Consultant is willing to render such services as hereinafter more fully set forth.
