THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 8th day of September, 2004, by and between Main Street Banks, Inc., a Georgia corporation (hereinafter, the “Company”), and Samuel B. Hay III (hereinafter, “Executive”), to be effective as of the Effective Date, as defined in Section 1.
