RESALE REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT, dated as of April 14, 2004, between deCODE genetics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with any successor entity, herein referred to as the “Company”), J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Lehman Brothers Inc., as representatives of the several initial purchasers (the “Initial Purchasers”) listed on Schedule I to the purchase agreement dated April 7, 2004 between the Company and the Initial Purchasers (the “Purchase Agreement”).
