Turpen as its representative to provide the services required of the Director, subject to Mr. Turpen’s (i) acceptance of the appointment; (ii) his representation that the warranties made in this Agreement are also true as to him and (iii) his execution of InVision’s Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement.
