The Purchasers hereby seek to acquire 20,986 Units of limited partnership interest (the “Units”) in REALMARK PROPERTY INVESTORS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP V (the “Partnership”). The Purchasers are not affiliated with the Partnership or its general partner. The general partner of the Partnership is Realmark Properties, Inc. and Joseph M. Jayson (the “General Partner”).
