This Asset Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of November 18, 2013 by and between Jabil Circuit, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Buyer), and Silicon Graphics International Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Seller”).
