THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is hereby entered into as of the 8th day of March 2013 and is effective upon expiration of the scheduled term of Executive’s current Employment Agreement, and thus as of June 1, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Endo Health Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) and Alan G. Levin (“Executive”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the parties”).
