SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of October 23, 2019, among Charles River Laboratories International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the Guarantors listed on Schedule A hereto (the “Guarantors”) and MUFG Union Bank, N.A.
