This Stock Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of April 27, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and among A4 Defense Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Buyer”), Thermal Dynamics International, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), Page Management Co., Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Seller”) , and Stephen L. Page (the “Seller Shareholder”). The Buyer, the Seller, the Seller Shareholder, and the Company may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
