THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO LOAN AGREEMENT (the "Amendment") is entered into as of December 6, 2005 by and between UTAH MEDICAL PRODUCTS, a Utah corporation ("Borrower"), and U. S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ("Bank").
