This letter when signed by you is intended to constitute a letter agreement in respect of the below described mining claims sale in consideration for a cash payment and convertible loan funding agreement, which is binding on each of us on timely acceptance hereof by you. The acceptance hereof by Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. and Big Chunk Corp. (together referred to herein for convenience “Liberty Star”) will also be deemed an acceptance by any other subsidiary or affiliate of Liberty Star holding any asset of the consolidated entity.
