UIL HOLDINGS CORPORATION, a Connecticut corporation (the “Parent”), THE UNITED ILLUMINATING COMPANY, a specially chartered Connecticut corporation (“UI” and, together with the Parent and the other Persons that from time to time become parties hereto pursuant to Section 3.03, the “Borrowers”), the banks parties hereto (the “Banks”), JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
