FIFTEENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of March 27, 2020 (this “Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture”), between BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY ENERGY COMPANY, an Iowa corporation (the “Company”), and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., a national banking association, as Trustee (the “Trustee”) under the Base Indenture referred to below.
