THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is an Amendment to the Licensing Agreement entered into by the parties below on August 15, 2011 and is entered into on August 14, 2013 among Real Hip-Hop Network Broadcast Corporation (RHN) a C-Corporation, established pursuant to the laws of the State of Delaware, having an address of 1455 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004 (“Licensor”), and The Real hip-Hop Network, Inc., a company incorporated pursuant to the laws of the State of Delaware, with an address of 1455 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004 (“Licensee”).

THIS AMENDED CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered as of August 14, 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Accelerated Acquisitions XII, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Accelerated Venture Partners LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Consultant”). The Company and the Consultant may each be referred to herein as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
