THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of February 5, 2026, by and among FEEL THE WORLD, INC., D/B/A XERO SHOES, a Delaware corporation (“Xero Shoes”, and together with any entity that may hereafter become party hereto as a Borrower, individually, a “Borrower” and collectively, “Borrowers”), any entity that may hereafter become party hereto as a Guarantor (individually, a “Guarantor” and collectively, “Guarantors”) and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Lender”).
