THIS SEPARATION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the 6th day of April, 2017 (the "Effective Date") by and between Steve Lundy ("Employee") and Bioptix, Inc., a Colorado corporation, and subsidiaries (the "Company", and together with the Employee, the "Parties").
