Limited, a Singapore corporation with its office located at 111 Somerset Road, Level 3, TripleOne Somerset, Singapore 238164 (the “Company”) and PB Commodities Pte. Ltd, a Singapore corporation with its registered office located at 165 Gangsa Road, Unit 01-70, Singapore 670165 (the “Consultant”).
