This Settlement Agreement and General Mutual Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October 21, 2011 by and between, on the one hand, WordLogic Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“WLGC”) and, on the other hand, Mr. Luis Carrillo III (“Mr. Carrillo”). WLGC and Mr. Carrillo are sometimes referred to herein as “Party” or “Parties”.
