THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 2nd day of September, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Zus Health, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Zus”), and Health Enhancements Products, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“HEPI”).
