THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT dated August 3, 2010 (“Effective Date”), by and between National Intelligence Association, Inc., a Nevada corporation, with an address located at 1800 Ravinia Place, Orland Park, IL 60462, (the "Company") and Steven Graff Levine (the “Consultant”), an individual, with an address located at 838 Las Lomas Avenue, Pacific Palisades CA 90272. Each of the parties to this Agreement is individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
