THIS POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, dated as of July 1, 2006, is hereby executed by and among CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., as depositor (the "Depositor"), DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC. ("DLJMC"), as seller (in such capacity, the "Seller"), WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as master servicer (in such capacity, the "Master Servicer"), as a servicer (in such capacity, a "Servicer"), and as trust administrator (in such capacity, the "Trust Administrator"), GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC. ("GreenPoint"), as servicer (in such capacity, a "Servicer"), SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. ("SPS"), as a servicer (in such capacity, a "Servicer"), and as special servicer (in such capacity, the "Special Servicer"), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as trustee (in such capacity, the "Trustee"). Capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in Article I below.
