This AMENDED PROMISSORY NOTE AGREEMENT is entered into on this 4th day of January, 2021 and serves to amend the Promissory Note originally entered into on the 24th day of November, 2020, by and between Coral Investment Partners, LP, a Georgia Limited Partnership, whose address is 2030 Powers Ferry Road SE, Suite # 212, Atlanta, GA. 30339 (“Creditor” or “CORAL”) and UAN Power Corp., a Delaware Corporation, whose principal address is 2030 Powers Ferry Road SE, Suite # 212, Atlanta, GA. 30339, (“Debtor” or “UAN Power”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
