THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of August, 2005, by and between Mo You Yu of 2888 East 8th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5M 1W9 (“Consultant”) and Golden Century Technologies Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its offices located in 1027 Pandora Avenue, Victoria, B.C. V8V 3P6 (the “Company”).
