THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL SEVERANCE AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the 25th day of April 2016, by and between LaSalle Hotel Properties, a Maryland real estate investment trust (together with its successors and assigns permitted under this Agreement (the “Company”), and Kenneth G. Fuller (the “Executive”) (this “Agreement”).
