Stevens, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Stevens”), and the working interest owners listed in Exhibit “A” (the “WI Owners”) (collectively Stevens and the WI Owners are called “Seller”), and Arena Resources, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Buyer”).
