This License Agreement is made and entered into as of the 9th day of June, 2006, by and between Photvoltaics.com, Inc. (“PVDV”) located and doing business at PO Box 6009, Hutchinson Island, Florida 34957, (hereinafter “LICENSOR”), Lawrence Curtin at P.O. This First Amendment to Agreement and Plan of Reorganization (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of July 25, 2007, between Interactive Games, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “IGAM”) and Nuvo Solar Energy, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Nuvo”).
