CREDIT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of February 19, 2019, among BCSF II-C, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as borrower (the “Borrower”), BAIN CAPITAL SPECIALTY FINANCE, INC., Delaware corporation, in its capacity as the sole member of the Borrower (in such capacity, the “Equityholder”) and in its capacity as Servicer, the LENDERS from time to time party hereto, CITIBANK, N.A.
