This letter agreement (the “Letter Agreement”) confirms our agreement concerning your retirement and separation from Ophthotech Corporation (“Ophthotech” or the “Company”) and the transition of your responsibilities as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Business Officer and Treasurer (collectively, “CFO”).
