Pursuant to Paragraph 5(b), the negotiations and amendments to this letter agreement do not extend the twenty-one (21) day review period. Accordingly, the deadline to submit a signed agreement remains the same. In connection with the termination of your employment with Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (“Watts” or the “Company”) on October 14, 2014, the Company is offering to provide you a severance benefit described in the “Description of Severance Benefit” attached to this letter agreement as Attachment A.
