THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO PLANT ALVIN W. VOGTLE ADDITIONAL UNITS OWNERSHIP PARTICPATION AGREEMENT dated as of April 8, 2008 (this “Amendment No. 1”), amends that certain Plant Alvin W.
