In connection with the possible interest of American CyberSystems, Inc. (“you” or “your”) in a negotiated transaction (a “Transaction”) involving Analysts International Corporation (the “Company”), either Party may furnish, or cause to be furnished (the “Disclosing Party”), to the other Party (the “Receiving Party”) certain information that is non-public, confidential, or proprietary.
