This Aircraft Time Sharing Agreement ("Agreement") by and between Qwest Corporation ("Lessor"), a Colorado corporation whose address is 1801 California Street, Denver, Colorado 80202 and Edward A. Mueller ("Lessee"), whose address is 1801 California Street, 52nd Floor, Denver, Colorado 80202 (collectively the "Parties"), is effective January 1, 2009 and shall terminate on December 31, 2011, unless terminated earlier by either party pursuant to Article 1 below.
