This Employment Agreement is entered into by and among AMC ENTERTAINMENT INC., a Delaware corporation ("AMCE"), AMC ENTERTAINMENT INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation ("AMCEI" and, collectively with AMCE, the "Company"), and MARK A.
