This Joint Exploration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into this 26th day of June, 2006, by and between. Westside Energy Corporation, 4400 Post Oak Parkway, Suite 2530, Houston, Texas 77027-3431 hereinafter referred to as "Westside" and Forest Oil Corporation, located at 707 17th Street, Suite 3600, Denver, Colorado 80202, hereinafter referred to as "Forest".
