First Alliance Mortgage Company in its capacities as seller (in such capacity, the "Seller") and as servicer (in such capacity, the "Servicer") and First Alliance Mortgage Loan Trust 1999-4, as the "Purchaser", pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 1999, (the "Pooling and Servicing Agreement") among the Seller, the Servicer and The Chase Manhattan Bank, a New York banking corporation, in its capacities as Trustee (in such capacity, the "Trustee") and as oversight agent (in such capacity, the "Oversight Agent"), hereby confirm their understanding with respect to the sale by the Seller and the purchase by the Purchaser of those Mortgage Loans (the "Subsequent Mortgage Loans") listed on the attached Schedules of Mortgage Loans.
