This AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of July 3, 2023 (this “Amendment”), is made by and among ANI PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), and TRUIST BANK, as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
