This Limited Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of the 5th day of October, 2011, by and between (i) Bayou City Exploration, Inc., a Nevada corporation, as the Managing General Partner and (ii) the Persons whose names are set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, as Additional General Partners or as Limited Partners.
