At the date hereof, each American Depositary Share represents one Share which is either deposited or subject to deposit under the deposit agreement at the Johannesburg, South Africa office of Nedbank Limited, French Bank of South Africa Limited, First National Bank, S.A., Societe Generale South Africa Limited or Standard Bank of South Africa (herein collectively called the "Custodian") (herein called the "Custodian").
