This Purchasing Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of the 31 day of January, 2003, by and among the undersigned, PROLONG SUPER LUBRICANTS, INC., 6 Thomas, Irvine, California 92618, a Nevada corporation (hereinafter called “CLIENT”) and FIRST CAPITAL CORPORATION which does business in California as FC Commercial Corporation, an Oklahoma corporation (hereinafter called “PURCHASER”).
