This Amending Agreement amends the Contract effective on the later of November 1, 2002 or the date Seller receives all necessary regulatory approvals from the AEUB and the NEB of this Amending Agreement, as may be required under applicable law. The date on which this Amending Agreement becomes effective is the Effective Date.
