This CONSULTING AGREEMENT is made as of September 20, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CHINA SUN GROUP HIGH-TECH CO., a Delaware corporation having executive offices at 1 Hutan Street, Zhongshan District Dalian, People’s Republic of China (the “Company”), and Sasan S. Toghraie, doing business at 8491 Sunset Boulevard, Ste 368, Los Angeles, CA 90069 (the “Consultant”).
